Have you read the Text Version of Arch Patton?
Arch Patton can be a humorous character and this narration brings out a bit of his true colors. Being an Intelligence officer does not always mean just that. Enjoy listening to this somewhat comical, audio Short Story following a series of events at the Lungi Airport in Sierra Leone, Africa.

LT,
Just finished your Vietnam series. Excellent work. I served in the Corps from 70 to 76 but did not make Vietnam.
I have bought your Arch Patton series book on Amazon to read next.
I presume like you I spent many years in other countries (87) with Diplomatic Security. I saw the picture of the boat in Sierra Leone, reminded me of when I was there. We flew in and took the boat over, but when we were to return after a couple of weeks, we found out it had burnt and sank the night before. We used the embassies contingency boat instead of driving the 4 hours of bad road to the airport. We got to stop at the island where they sold slaves. Sierra Leone was a real mess.
Started reading your Arch Patton novel in Hawaii and reminded me of the time in Mongolia when I got thrown from a horse in the middle of nowhere…but that is a story for another time.
Semper Fi,
Michael
PS if your ever pass thru Moab, UT let me know…would enjoy a visit.
Thanks a lot for that lenghty complimentary comment. I will indeed stop should I make it to Moab.
Utah is one of those unknown wonders of the U.S., like New Mexico. Thanks for the support here and liking the other works,
and having so much vast experince of you own!
Semper fi,
Jim
An irony in this one.
Are there going to be more Arch Patton African Adventures?
